The first phase is described as 10 km from Marrakech city center, off the route de Tahnaout; the second-phase documentation places the development 8 km from the center, off the route d'Amizmiz — both access roads serve the same development area southwest of the city.
The high-speed rail link (TGV) connecting Marrakech to Casablanca and Tangier, combined with sustained population growth in the Marrakech metropolitan area, supports residential and rental demand over the medium term.
