What we check before selecting a project

1. The project is already under construction — not a concept on paper with no work underway.
2. The developer is established and recognized in Marrakech — not a new player with no verifiable track record.
3. Owners on comparable projects from the same developer are already receiving rental income — property management actually works, it isn't a promise (see our Rental Management page for real data).

How we get paid

BabInvest is paid by the developers whose projects we present, in the form of a commission at the time of sale — not by the buyer. This commission changes neither the numbers we publish (net, not gross, yield; sourced prices by neighborhood) nor our selection: a project that doesn't pass our three criteria is not presented, whatever commercial arrangement is offered.

What BabInvest is not

We are not a catalogue open to any developer who pays to appear in it, and we are not an agency that manages your file from A to Z — we select, inform, and put you in touch. For any question about a project or a neighborhood, see the Contact page.
